Q: What if products ordered by me are out of stock?
A: In a rare case where products ordered by you are out of stock and we don't see ourselves getting stock within 48 hours, our representative will call you and update you on the products that are currently not in stock. Our representative will also suggest to you alternate products, incase similar products are available, which could be delivered in place of the ordered products. We will deliver the rest of the products at your convenience and process a refund for the out of stock products. In case of alternate products selection, the cost of these will be adjusted against original payment received and the balance will be refunded back to you or any extra cost (after confirmation from you) will be collected in cash from you by our representative.

Q: When and how will I get my refund in case of cancellation or product return?
A: The refund of the excess money received will be processed within 3 working days of the return or cancellation. The process for the actual refund may take 7-14 working days to reflect in your Credit Card or Bank Account. There will be no refund in cash. All refund will be subject to deduction of Delivery Charges or Offer Values as applicable For enquiries on refunds – please send us an e-mail on the 'Contact us' page and our representative will update you on the status either via e-mail or through a phone call.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: No cancellation is possible after accepting delivery. In case you would like to cancel the order for some reason, you can call us with the following details: date of order, order number and reason for cancellation. Else you can inform our representative when he calls for the order confirmation for the delivery timing and date. We will cancel the order and process the refund.

Q: Can I place an order online and pick up my order from your store which is nearest to me?

A: Cash on Delivery is a post-paid purchase where you pay in cash/card after you receive the goods. Our representative will call you before delivering your order. A: All orders are received by a central team who will process the orders. These orders are then sent to the ware house .Once the order is completed than the order is packed and sent for delivery to your door step.

A: Our representative will call you to confirm the order and your availability and then deliver the order. In case we are unable to get through to you (on the phone number mentioned by you) for 48 hours, your order will be automatically cancelled and the money will be refunded to you in case of pre-paid orders

A: Yes, all of our products are personally checked before delivery.

A: All sales on meat products are considered final due to health purposes. Unless you have received an incorrect order, or you return us at your door step, we do not accept returns.Other items which are not opened and resale able condition we will accept and return your money back if you contact us in two working days.

A: Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If all goods are in stock, your order will be delivered the next business day. If items are on back order, or out of stock, it may take up to 4 business hours for delivery.

Our HMC certified meat supplier Zam Halal Meat & Poultry are visited/monitored by HMC Inspectors on weekly/monthly basis, who monitor everything from their meat to their suppliers.
