Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law. They together with our current website prices, delivery details and contact details set the whole of our agreement relating to the supply of the goods to you by us.

By continuing to use the I Shop Desi website after any changes shall indicate your agreement to accept any new Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means ishopdesi.com/ishopdesi.co.uk  ‘you’, ‘your’ means the person or party using the Website ‘ISHOPDESI website’, ‘Website’ means ishopdesi.com/ishopdesi.co.uk  as operated by us
working day’ means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday and a bank holiday in England and Wales.
1. Registration 
1.1 You must be over 18 years old and must complete the registration procedure to participate in the ISHOPDESI website service.
1.2 You must ensure your details provided on registration are correct.
1.3 You must inform us immediately of any changes to your details by updating your personal details.

2. Pricing and Product Availability
2.1 The prices of shown on the ISHOPDESI website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of urgent delivery charges.
2.2 Pricing and product availability are subjected to change without notice.

3. Orders & Delivery

3.1 Orders

 3.1.1 We accept orders 24/7, order made after 00:00 am shall be delivered on the next working day.

 3.1.2 Cut off time for orders for same day/urgent delivery is 09:00am and there is a seperate delivery charge.

3.1.3   Orders delivered within 12 hours upon receipt of the order subject to having received payment of the goods depending on which delivery option you have chosen.

3.2 Delivery

3.1 We will notify you by way of email or contact procedure when your goods are to be delivered to you.The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

3.2 Goods shall be delivered to the delivery address specified by you on the completed order form.

4. Payment

4.1 We only accept Master card or Visa (‘Credit Card’) Switch, Maestro or Delta debit card.
4.2 Goods with age restrictions may only be paid for by Credit Card.
4.3 During checkout, you authorize your payment via our online payment facility. Payment will usually be taken on the day or the day after following receipt of your order but only after orders has been checked.
4.4 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Risk shall pass you upon delivery. This means that you shall be responsible for all loss or damage or deterioration of the goods.
4.5 We use World Pay to collect/process transaction information. For more information see World Pay security policy.

6.2 Return Policy for Refunds

6.2.1 You must request a return for refund within 30 days from the delivery date. No refunds are issued after 30 days.

6.2.2 All items returned for a refund must be returned in 100% complete, in "as new", re-sale-able condition and will include the original packaging material, manuals, warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturers.

6.2.3 We do not accept return of certain items for a refund, including.

6.2.4 Any item that is returned after the 30 day grace period.

6.2.5 Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged,

6.3 Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement

6.3.1 Products returned for exchange and replacement must be in new condition, original packaging be received within 7 days of the invoice date.

6.3.2 You are responsible for the exchange delivery cost for us to send the exchange product to you.

6.3.3 We are only responsible for replacement of defective products as well as responsible for the delivery cost to send replacements to you.

6.3.4 We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.
